Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Clean Pros (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website cleanproscy.com and all cleaning services provided by Clean Pros across Cyprus.

By using our website or hiring our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided

Clean Pros provides communal area cleaning for:

  • Apartment buildings

  • Residential complexes

  • Shared indoor and outdoor areas

Our standard cleaning services include:

  • Stairs & corridors

  • Entrances & lobbies

  • Elevators & high-touch points

  • Parking & exterior shared areas

  • Basic trash area cleaning

Any additional services (deep cleaning, window cleaning, private apartment cleaning, etc.) are not included, unless agreed in writing.

2. Access to the Building

The customer (building committee, management, landlord, or representative) must ensure:

  • Cleaners have access to the building at the agreed days and times

  • Keys, access codes, or electronic cards are provided if needed

  • Any access changes are communicated at least 24 hours in advance

If cleaners cannot enter due to lack of access, this cleaning visit counts as completed and will not be refunded.

3. Cleaning Schedule

Cleaning frequency is agreed during the quote stage (e.g., once a week, twice a week, twice a month).
Schedules may shift due to:

  • Weather

  • Public holidays

  • Staff availability

  • Emergency situations

We will always inform you in advance of any changes.

4. Pricing & Payments

4.1 Monthly Pricing

Prices are based on:

  • Number of floors

  • Size of common areas

  • Frequency of cleaning

  • Special building conditions

All prices are provided in writing and remain valid until changed by Clean Pros with prior notice.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payments are due monthly, in advance or by the end of the month

  • Payment methods: bank transfer, Revolut, cash, or other agreed methods

  • Invoices are issued upon request

4.3 Late Payments

If payment is delayed for more than 14 days, Clean Pros may:

  • Suspend cleaning services

  • Terminate the agreement

  • Charge late fees

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must:

  • Inform us of any safety risks, broken tiles, unstable rails, or hazards

  • Ensure shared areas are reasonably accessible (no blocking items)

  • Report any issues within 24 hours of cleaning

  • Treat cleaners with respect

6. Clean Pros Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Providing professional and reliable cleaning staff

  • Cleaning according to the agreed schedule

  • Using safe, appropriate cleaning products

  • Communicating clearly about any issues or changes

  • Maintaining confidentiality and protecting personal data

7. Liability

Clean Pros is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage in the building

  • Items left in common areas that may be damaged while cleaners work

  • Water damage caused by structural issues or leaking building areas

  • Slip hazards caused by residents walking on wet floors

  • Lost or stolen items in common spaces

We are responsible only for damage directly caused by our staff, reported within 24 hours.

Proof (photos or video) may be required.

8. Cancellation & Termination

8.1 Customer Cancellation

You may cancel or pause services with:

  • 14 days notice for monthly clients

  • Immediate notice for one-time jobs (if applicable)

8.2 Clean Pros Cancellation

We may cancel services for:

  • Non-payment

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Harassment or mistreatment of staff

  • Repeated issues with access

Written notice will be provided.

9. Keys & Security

If keys or access codes are provided:

  • Clean Pros will store them securely

  • Keys will only be used for scheduled cleaning

  • Keys will be returned immediately if service ends

Clean Pros takes no responsibility for keys given to us that are duplicates, copies, or previously shared with other parties.

10. Insurance

Clean Pros maintains internal coverage for operational risks.
However, full building insurance is the responsibility of the building committee or management.

11. Website Use

By using cleanproscy.com, you agree not to:

  • Misuse the website

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or copy content

  • Submit false or misleading information through forms

12. GDPR & Data Protection

We follow EU GDPR rules.
We collect customer information only for:

  • Preparing quotes

  • Providing cleaning services

  • Communication

We do not sell or share personal data.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
