Most buildings we clean pay between €80–€300 per month for regular communal area cleaning, with options for twice a month, once a week or twice a week.   A: For most buildings, once or twice per week is ideal to keep entrances, staircases, elevators and corridors clean and safe. Smaller buildings with less traffic can choose twice a month, while busy blocks might need more frequent cleaning.

• Q3: Which areas are included in your communal area cleaning service?
  A: We clean staircases, entrance & lobby areas, corridors, elevator cabins, parking areas, bin/trash rooms, storage doors and other shared spaces agreed in your contract.
